Property Details

 

Take US84/285 north out of Espanola, turn right on CR233. Yellow markers on map show the rest of the route. Click on map for larger view

Driving Directions


1. Leave Espanola on 285/84 toward Abiquiu
2. Near Chilili (sp?), you will pass the turnoff to Ojo (this is US285). CONTINUE NORTH ON 84 toward Abiquiu
3. Within 5-10 miles, you will see a little sign that says "Medanales"
4. Just after that sign, turn RIGHT onto County Road 233
5. About 2 miles down the road, there is a stop sign. TURN LEFT. This puts you on CR 142.
6. Continue driving (north now) on CR 142. You will go over several speed bumps and gulleys.
7. Watch on the right for Pedernal Drive (marked by a dry-stacked rock retaining wall and an open farm gate. TURN RIGHT and proceed up the hill.
8. At one point, the road appears to split (uphill and downhill). Turn left UP THE HILL. 
9. The terrain will level out. Drive to Stop sign and TURN RIGHT on Hunter Drive.
10. The property for sale is on your left.
